Duties

• Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, walk-ins, and digital inquiries to generate interest in our vehicle inventory
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to recommend suitable passenger cars and premium models that meet customer preferences
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by nurturing leads, following up diligently, and managing ongoing customer relationships using CRM software
• Negotiate terms, prices, and financing options to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to maximize sales opportunities
• Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management processes to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand
• Present vehicle features confidently through public speaking skills, highlighting benefits and addressing customer questions clearly Experience
• Proven experience in automotive industry sales or retail sales with a strong track record of deal closing and exceeding targets
• Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or high-end sales environments
• Skilled in negotiation, cold calling, outbound sales, and upselling techniques that drive revenue growth
• Familiarity with CRM systems for managing sales pipelines and customer relationships effectively
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is a plus for engaging diverse clientele
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
