Overview

We are hiring an Entry Level Marketing & Sales Associate to represent AT &T; products and services inside partnered retail locations. This is a full- time, in-person role focused on face-to-face customer engagement, brand promotion, and sales. No prior experience is required paid training is provided. This position is:

• Not remote
• Not door-to-door
• Not commission-only

What You'll Do

• Represent AT&T; wireless and internet services inside retail locations
• Engage with customers and introduce current promotions and offerings
• Educate customers on devices, plans, and service options
• Assist with new activations, upgrades, and account changes
• Provide professional, face-to-face customer service
• Work with your team to meet daily and weekly performance goals
• Maintain a positive and professional brand presence

Compensation

• Base pay: $800$1,000 per week
• Additional commission and performance bonuses
• Weekly pay
• W-2 employment (taxes withheld)
• Paid training provided

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working with customers in person
• Goal-oriented and coachable
• Reliable transportation
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. Schedule
• Full-time (approx. 40 hours per week)
