Hearing Care Sales Consultant Tupelo & Columbus, MS Base + Commission | High Earning Potential We are a growing Beltone hearing care practice serving Tupelo and Columbus, seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Consultant to help expand our local market share. This role is ideal for a strong closer who enjoys consultative selling, building relationships, and making a meaningful difference in patients' lives. If you've been interested in medical device sales, this is your opportunity we provide training and assist with obtaining your Hearing Instrument Specialist license. Licensed candidates or audiologists are eligible for a sign-on bonus.

• Entry / non-licensed: $25,000$28,000 base salary
• Proven sales / licensed: $30,000$38,000 base salary
• Tiered commission up to 12%

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs-based consultations and present personalized hearing solutions
• Close sales ethically while exceeding revenue goals
• Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention
• Help grow referrals and community presence
• Work closely with clinical and front office staff

Qualifications

• Proven sales success (consultative or high-ticket preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Comfortable working with older adults
• Professional, coachable, and performance-driven
• High School Diploma or GED
