• Skyline Windows Marketing Coordinator (Sales Rep) Pay: $85,000 $120,000+ per year (Uncapped Commission) This is not a normal sales job. We're building a team of individuals who want to get paid based on performance, not hourly excuses. At Skyline Windows, our Marketing Coordinators are the front line of our operation generating opportunities, creating momentum in neighborhoods, and setting the stage for high-level closers. If you're competitive, coachable, and hungry this will change your life. This is a door-to-door, in-field marketing & sales role. What You'll Be Doing
• Knocking doors in targeted neighborhoods
• Introducing homeowners to our Advertising Home Program
• Creating interest and setting qualified appointments for our sales team
• Building rapport quickly and confidently
• Representing the Skyline brand with professionalism
• Tracking your performance daily (doors, conversations, sets) You are not delivering products. You are creating opportunities and driving revenue What You Can Expect
