What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners on company-provided leads
• Conduct in-home comfort consultations and system evaluations
• Present customized HVAC solutions based on customer needs
• Build trust and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Follow a proven sales process to maximize close rates
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
• Stay current on products, promotions, and industry trends What We're Looking For
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred (HVAC industry experience is a plus)
• Proven track record of success in commission-based sales
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed
• Experience with CRM platforms such as ServiceTitan or Salesforce preferred
