Automotive Sales Manager Location: Westway Ford Irving, TexasWestway Ford is looking for a motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, a track record of driving sales performance, and the ability to foster a positive and customer-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve dealership goals
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase profitability and customer satisfaction
• Manage sales operations, including inventory, pricing, and customer follow-up
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations
• Build strong relationships with customers and maintain a high level of customer retention

Requirements

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of dealership CRM systems and sales processes
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ford Experience is a plus
• Needs to be bilingual
