Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of local marketing and sales campaigns
• Communicate directly with customers to identify their needs and explain available products or services

• Build positive relationships with customers and provide a professional, helpful experience
• Assist with sales follow-ups, campaign records, appointment coordination, and performance tracking
• Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant information to the marketing and sales team
• Conduct basic research on market activity, customer preferences, and competitor trends
• Participate in promotional events, outreach initiatives, and other customer acquisition activities
• Collaborate with team members to improve campaign performance and customer engagement
• Maintain accurate records using company systems and assist with routine reports
• Represent Vendita Elite with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first attitude

Qualifications

:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be available to work on-site in Nashville, TN
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Be comfortable speaking with customers in person
• Demonstrate a positive, professional, and dependable attitude
• Be organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Be open to feedback, coaching, and learning new skills
• Have reliable transportation to and from the Nashville office and assigned work locations
