Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented candidate to contribute to daily operations at our vibrant flower shop. This role is perfect for someone passionate about customer service, team culture, floral design, and can thrive in a retail environment. As a Team Member, you will inspire and work well with other team members, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and maintain the shop's organization and visual appeal. .

Responsibilities

• Contribute to daily shop operations, including sales, merchandising, stocking, and floral arrangement preparation
• Provide outstanding customer service

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales and customer service.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
• Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math for accurate transaction This is a full time position per week consisting of 35-40 Hours, including Saturdays. We are seeking applicants who are reliable and have a flexible schedule. Shifts are normally 10am - 7pm, 11am - 7pm, or 8:45am-5pm Monday to Friday, Saturdays 9am - 5pm. Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
