Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide excellent service in English and Spanish
• Learn about customer needs and recommend the best AT&T; products and services
• Explain wireless plans, internet services, devices, promotions, and pricing
• Guide customers through purchases, activations, upgrades, and account setup
• Demonstrate products and answer customer questions with confidence
• Build positive relationships by delivering outstanding customer service
• Meet individual AT&T; Retail Associate and team sales goals while putting customers first
• Stay up to date on AT&T; products, services, and promotions AT &T; Retail Associate

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
• Previous retail, sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is preferred
• Prior AT&T; Retail Associate experience is a plus
• AT&T; or wireless sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication and people skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with customers
• Positive attitude, dependable, and eager to learn
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
