Overview

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Sales & Design Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in 2020 Design software or CAD tools, with a passion for home improvement, kitchen layout, and customer service excellence. You'll be responsible for supporting customers from consultation through design and closing the sale.

Responsibilities

Design custom kitchen and bathroom layouts using 2020 Design or CAD software. Guide customers through product selection (cabinets, countertops, sinks, tile, etc.). Conduct professional in-store design consultations. Develop and maintaincustomer relationships. Coordinate with Sales and Operations team to ensure excellent customer experience. Generate quotes, review design sign-offs, and submit complete orders. Skills Proficient in 2020 Design software or CAD layout tools. 2+ years experience in kitchen & bath design or home improvement sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and drive sales. Self-starter with time management and organization skills. Conpensation Structure Base Salary + Sales Commission + Bonus Pay: From $25.00 per hour
