In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting and selling wireless products and services. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, demonstrate product features, and ensure a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for technology.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalized service.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of wireless devices.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and assist in supervising inventory management.
• Utilize retail math skills to process transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
• Stay informed about the latest wireless technology trends and product offerings. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
