Responsibilities

: Assist Branch Manager with daily duties that involve supporting all aspects of the business related to sales, purchasing, and fulfillment. Assist Outside Sales Representatives with entering, pulling, product procurement, and fulfilling orders Potential for advancement within the company. Receive Purchase Orders related to pending orders, and process for any orders needing fulfillment. Help Service Will Call customers, answer incoming and help direct customer calls Coordinate with Warehouse and Sales teams to ensure orders are delivered in an efficient manner Regular maintenance and oversight of open Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Work Orders, and other tasks related to job duties. Ability to learn and retain information as it relates to the position. Be willing to adapt when priorities change based on customer needs, and the order of tasks may need to change quickly in order to pivot and get the job done efficiently. Requirements

:

• Experience in construction or contractor supplies is helpful, but not required.
• No known physical limitations that would prevent sitting or standing for long periods of time, the ability to lift upwards of 50 pounds (lbs), or perform listed job duties as deemed suitable by company
• Work Monday thru Friday, 6:30am - 4pm
• Must be able to pass a background check
• 21 years old with a clean driving record, a plus but not required
