Location: Stuart, FL Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service. Assess customer needs and recommend properly fitted footwear. Demonstrate product features, benefits, and proper shoe care. Process sales transactions accurately using a multi-screen POS system. Maintain knowledge of brands, products, promotions, and store policies. Assist with merchandising, stocking, pricing, and maintaining an organized sales floor. Handle returns, exchanges, and special orders professionally. Perform inventory counts and receive new merchandise. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment. Report any safety or security concerns to management.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience required. Footwear or apparel retail experience preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, dependable, professional, and self-motivated. Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.
