We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Print Specialist / Sales Associate to join our team. This role combines sales, print production, and customer service, offering an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both creativity and client interaction.

Responsibilities

:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their print, shipping, and business service needs.
• Operate and maintain printing, finishing, and design equipment (copiers, printers, binding, laminating, etc.).
• Create, prepare, and process digital print files with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Advise customers on print solutions, design options, and finishing services to best meet their needs.
• Proactively promote UPS Store services to walk-in customers and business clients.
• Assist with packing, shipping, mailbox services, and other in-store solutions as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in printing, graphic design, or customer service preferred (but not required we're willing to train the right person).
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite a plus).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales-driven mindset with enthusiasm for helping customers and growing business.
