Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products or services that suit their needs
• Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures
• Support customers with banking-related inquiries, including basic financial services and loan processing
• Maintain accurate retail math calculations for sales totals, discounts, and returns
• Use financial software to record sales, update customer accounts, and manage cash registers
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
• Keep the sales area organized, stocked, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience Skills
• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments
• Knowledge of banking procedures, financial services, and loan processing is a plus
• Strong math skills, including basic math, retail math, and proficiency with 10 key typing
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to handle cash accurately and perform cash handling duties confidently
• Familiarity with financial software systems used in retail or banking settings
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Pay: $19.00 - $29.00 per hour
