Responsibilities

:

• Handle in-home service calls and installations where your expertise actually matters
• Diagnose complex plumbing issues and present honest, education-based solutions to customers
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs
• Build genuine relationships with homeownersno high-pressure sales tactics, just real conversations about real solutions
• Work with club members and help new customers understand how our maintenance plans protect their homes
• Keep your truck organized and your work area clean (it's a rolling billboard for the kind of work we do)
• Partner with our dispatch and customer service team to make sure every call runs smooth
• Efficiently filing basic paperwork in Service Titan with vendors and manufacturers
• Drive to various locations in the Greater Nashville area, meet with customers in their homes, as well as evaluate and present options
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring accurate and thorough completion of tasks. What We're Looking For:
• 2+ years of plumbing experience with a solid understanding of residential systems
• Someone who can explain a slab leak to a homeowner without making them feel stupid
• Technical skills matter, but so does characterpatience, honesty, and pride in your work
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug test
