Overview

Chargoy Allstate Agency is seeking a motivated Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative (English/Spanish) to join our team. You will help customers with their insurance needs, generate new business, and build lasting relationships. Licensed insurance professionals are preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow. Salary Range: $20.00 per hour

Fluent in English and Spanish Strong communication and sales skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Property & Casualty (General Lines P&C;) License preferred Life Insurance License preferred We can help qualified candidates obtain their Life Insurance License Previous insurance or sales experience preferred Unlicensed candidates may be considered at a lower starting pay rate Must be motivated, dependable, and serious about building a career
