We provide high-quality printed circuit boards and PCB assembly solutions to customers across industries including electronics, industrial equipment, medical, automotive, and telecommunications. Overview

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, providing PCB/PCBA solutions, preparing quotations, and driving revenue growth. The position requires regular client engagement and visits, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal engineering and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for PCB and PCBA services Conduct customer meetings and visit clients (approximately at least twice per week) Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide solutions Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers Follow up on RFQs and manage sales pipelines Stay informed about industry trends and market opportunities Work closely with engineering, production, and customer service teams to ensure project success Provide product and technical information to customers when needed

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales or technical sales Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Experience in PCB / PCBA industry or related fields such as electronic manufacturing services (EMS) is a strong plus Ability to understand technical specifications and customer requirements Experience preparing quotations and managing RFQs Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or related field preferred

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
