Job description We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused P &C; Personal Lines Account Executives

• position is focused on personal home and auto insurance within the Property & Casualty (P&C;) sector. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals with an associate's degree or equivalent education preferred who are eager to start their career in the insurance industry. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred. Sponsorship for work authorization is not available

Key Responsibilities

:

• Engage with clients to provide support on personal home and auto insurance policies , addressing inquiries about coverage, billing, claims, and policy updates
• Assist in sales administration tasks, including processing new policies, renewals, and policy changes
• Deliver high-quality customer service, using your communication skills to resolve concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
• Contribute to the organization's goal of providing exceptional service and customized P &C; insurance solutions to a diverse clientele
• Support the team by maintaining accurate client records and ensuring timely follow-ups

Qualifications

:

• Proficiency in Spanish (preferred)
• Associate's degree or equivalent education preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Insurance experience required
