Holly Lake Consultants, a sales and development firm in the greater Dallas area, invites Entry Level Customer Representatives to embark on a journey in telecom. As part of our customer service and sales team, the Entry Level Customer Representative will help our customers understand their options with integrity by presenting telecom solutions clearly and simply. Sales is an extension of this Entry Level Customer Representative role; every time you guide a customer, you're building your sales expertise. As an Entry Level Customer Representative, you will start with training that teaches you the telecom enrollment and sales process as a conversation, not a presentation. The Entry Level Customer Representative will also ask our customers about their daily routines and use that information to recommend only what fits their needs.

Responsibilities

of the Entry Level Customer Representative

• Identifying customer communication needs and recommending telecom solutions that fit their lifestyle, usage, and budget
• Build customer relationships through sales consultations that simplify mobile, internet, and connectivity options
• Recommend telecom products, service plans, and bundled solutions that deliver long-term value and customer satisfaction
• Generate sales opportunities by uncovering customer needs and matching them with the most suitable telecom services
• Educate customers on service features, coverage benefits, and account options using clear, customer-friendly language
• Collaborate and participate in Entry Level Customer Representative meetings and campaign development efforts
• Contribute to customer acquisition, sales, and retention by combining exceptional service with consultative sales techniques

Qualifications

of the Entry Level Customer Representative

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in customer service, outreach, or sales is a plus, but not required
• Effective communication skills to explain telecom solutions clearly
• Attention to detail when handling customer data and enrollment processes
• Interest in developing in the Entry Level Customer Representative role and advancing client knowledge
• Commitment to growth by turning outreach into measurable account expansion Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $69,500.00 per year
