They Need! We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Client Qualification Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients who have requested information regarding insurance and benefit programs. Your responsibility will be to verify information, determine eligibility, answer basic questions, and schedule qualified individuals. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, staying organized, and helping create a positive client experience.

Responsibilities

• Contact individuals who have requested information regarding insurance and benefits
• Verify and update client information
• Determine qualification and eligibility based on established guidelines
• Schedule appointments for licensed advisors
• Maintain accurate records within company systems
• Follow up with prospective clients as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and professionalism on every interaction
• Assist with administrative tasks related to client onboarding and scheduling

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with people over the phone
• Professional and positive attitude
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple conversations and tasks
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
