Boost Mobile Store Manager / Sales Associate (Bilingual Required) Location: [Fort Worth/ La Gran Plaza ] Job Type: Full-Time/Part time Boost Mobile is looking for a high-energy, go-getter Store Manager / Sales Associate who loves talking to people, hitting goals, and creating an amazing customer experience. • Bilingual (English + Spanish) Must be able to confidently communicate in both languages.
• Proactive sales approach Comfortable approaching mall walk-ins and telling them about current Boost promotions.
• Goal-driven mindset Passionate about meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Social media savvy Preferably with TikTok and other marketing platform experience to help promote store offers.
• Outgoing & confident personality Someone who loves talking to people and isn't afraid to initiate conversations.
• Team player Reliable, motivated, and ready to help grow the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Boost Mobile plans, phones, and in-store deals to walk-in traffic and mall customers.
• Create engaging content or participate in marketing ideas for TikTok and social media channels.
• Open/close the store, handle customer activations, payments, accessories sales, and daily operations.
• Help maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and inventory accuracy.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to keep customers coming back.
• Lead by example (for manager role): coach team members, manage schedules, and support daily sales performance.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) mandatory.
• Previous wireless or retail sales experience preferred.
• Marketing, TikTok, or social media background is a strong plus.
• Must be comfortable approaching customers outside the store.
