Full description of the position

We are a construction supply store dealing with many other businesses in the construction industry. We sell a wide variety of products for the jobsite like tools, screws, hardhats, ladders and much much more. On average we have a younger team than most of the companies in this industry with a lot of growth opportunity at all levels as the company continues to expand. We need someone to be a part of our team contributing to our daily operations. This would include checking and stocking merchandise and products, answering phone calls, pulling orders, running a point-of-sale system, and assisting customers to the best of your ability to help find solutions for their unique problems. Some things we want: Previous experience that is relatable. (Good with computers and talking to customers on the phone/email) Some basic knowledge about construction materials. (There are tons of products to learn about so a base of information goes a long way) Fast learner. (with so many products and customers to learn about you need to be a sharp, quick learner) Heavy attention to detail. (with so many part numbers it is very easy to process something wrong and mess up a customers order.
