Surmount, based in Texas, is actively hiring a Entry level Sales and Management Trainee to join our team. Our company represents major telecommunications clients and works directly with customers in retail environments to provide information, support, and enrollment services. As a Entry level Sales and Management Trainee , you will engage with customers face-to-face, helping them understand available Frontier services while delivering a high level of customer service and completing new enrollments while working towards a management role. Responsibilities

• Represent Frontier services in a retail setting as a Entry level Sales and Management Trainee
• Provide in-person customer service and answer questions about available plans
• Assist customers through the enrollment and account setup process
• Complete new sales transactions accurately and professionally
• Maintain a positive and professional brand image
• Work with Entry level Sales and Management Trainee team members to meet daily and weekly sales goals
• Track customer interactions and sales activity
• Participate in ongoing Entry level Sales and Management Trainee trainings and development, working towards a management role. What We're Looking For in a Entry level Sales and Management Trainee
