Gizmo's Doggie Daycare is an award-winning, family-owned pet resort committed to providing exceptional care for dogs and outstanding service for their families. We're looking for an enthusiastic team member who loves both people and pets and enjoys making a positive impact every day. The Reservation Specialist will handle incoming calls from current and prospective clients, promote our superior services, book reservations, and deliver an exceptional guest experience for both pet parents and their dogs. Duties

Welcome clients into the lobby and provide a warm, professional first impression. Answer incoming phone calls, voicemails, emails, and text messages in a prompt and professional manner. Guide prospective clients through our proven sales process and confidently recommend the services that best fit their needs. Book reservations, confirmations, service changes, and add-ons. Check dogs in and out and safely walk dogs between the lobby, play areas, and suites as needed. Maintain a clean and vibrant lobby area. Communicate effectively with the daycare and boarding team to provide accurate guest updates to clients.
