$13/hour + Tips Parlour Wine Bar & Eatery is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Craft Bartender & Wine Specialist to help execute and grow our elevated beverage program. Reporting directly to the General Manager / Sommelier , this role is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality while driving beverage sales through expert knowledge of craft cocktails, spirits, and wine. The ideal candidate possesses strong wine knowledge , understands food and beverage pairings, excels at upselling premium wines and cocktails, and takes ownership of bar operations, inventory, ordering, and organization. • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of wine, spirits, classic cocktails, and flavor profiles
• Confidently recommend wines, cocktails, and food pairings to enhance the guest experience
• Drive beverage sales through hospitality, product knowledge, and thoughtful upselling
• Create balanced, customized cocktails on demand based on guests' flavor preferences, spirit selections, and desired style
• Assist with seasonal cocktail development and menu execution
• Ensure all beverages meet presentation and quality standards Bar Operations
• Manage daily opening, service, and closing procedures
• Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory levels
• Create beverage order lists and place orders with approved suppliers
• Assist with beverage costing and menu pricing
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and efficiency throughout the bar
• Operate the POS system and handle cash accurately
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high operational standards

Required Qualifications

• Previous craft bartending experience in an upscale or fine dining environment
• Strong wine knowledge with the ability to confidently recommend, sell, and pair wines
• Proven ability to increase beverage sales through exceptional hospitality and product knowledge
• Strong understanding of spirits, classic cocktails, and mixology techniques
• Ability to create custom cocktails without relying solely on recipes
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Valid SNHD Food Handler Safety Training Card
• Valid TAM Card Schedule & Availability
• Business Hours: 4:00 PM 10:00 PM , seven days a week
• Must be available to work during our business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Position is based in Henderson, NV
• Must have reliable transportation and consistently arrive on time for scheduled shifts Pay: $13.00 per hour
