Compensation

: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (Including base pay, bonuses, and the best commission structure in the industry!) Job Type: Full Time / Part Time EZ Telecom Inc, an authorized agent of Total Wireless, is opening a brand new retail location in Santa Ana, and we are looking for outgoing and ambitious Total Wireless Retail Sales Associates to join our team. As a Total Wireless Retail Sales Associate, you will be working directly with our customers, educating them on the Total Wireless Products and Services we offer and guiding them through the selection and sales process. The ideal candidate will have experience in wireless retail environments (e.g., Metro by T-Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Boost Mobile), understand how to do outbound activities to drive customers into our location, is driven by goals and accomplishments, and is focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience to earn repeat business. • Creating the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assisting new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educating our customers on all the Total Wireless Products and Services we offer.
• Producing sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
• Handling all customer situations as trained to completely satisfy customers' needs.
• Assisting the Store Manager in tasks assigned to you personally or the team.
• Completing all required trainings as directed by EZ Telecom Inc and Total Wireless.
• Setting an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others. We are looking for candidates with:
• 1 year or more of experience in a similar role in a wireless retail environment, preferably with Pre-Paid Wireless business or other Wireless business.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred/required for this location.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.
