We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will generate sales leads, assist customers in finding the right vehicle, promote our inventory across online platforms, and help expand our dealership's presence through digital marketing and customer engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, marketing, and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget.
• Respond promptly to phone calls, text messages, emails, Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, TikTok, and website inquiries.
• Follow up with leads to schedule appointments and close sales.
• Create and publish attractive vehicle listings on Facebook Marketplace, social media, and other online platforms.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of vehicle inventory for marketing campaigns.
• Promote dealership specials, financing options, warranties, and new arrivals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the dealership CRM system.
• Assist with showroom presentation and ensure inventory is displayed professionally.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and marketing goals.
• Work closely with management to develop creative marketing campaigns that increase traffic and sales.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or marketing is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Experience using Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is highly preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours when needed. What We Offer
