Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Sales Assistant to support the General Manager in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role requires a technical background combined with excellent administrative skills to facilitate smooth operations, coordinate projects, and assist with sales- related activities. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of office expertise, technical understanding, and exceptional communication skills to contribute effectively to our team.

Duties

• Provide executive administrative support to the General Manager, including calendar management and scheduling meetings using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace.
• Support the sales team with technical documentation, quotes, and client communications
• Liaise with engineering, logistics, and compliance teams to ensure operational alignment
• Assist with project coordination, tracking deadlines, and maintaining project documentation.
• Support event planning activities for trade shows or client meetings.
• Conduct proofreading and transcription of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
• Facilitate communication between departments via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring clear and effective correspondence.
• Conduct market research and support strategic planning initiatives
• Professional, proactive mindset and attention to detail Experience
• Prior administrative experience or personal assistant experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with technical documentation and product specs
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
• Experience with bookkeeping is advantageous.
• Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy.
• Familiarity with project coordination tools and procedures.
• Multilingual or cross-cultural communication skills
• Background in technical environments or familiarity with technical terminology will be beneficial for supporting the General Manager effectively.
