The Role This is a phone-and-keyboard sales position. You will handle 200300+ internet leads per month, working them by phone, text, and email to set and confirm showroom appointments for our sales floor. Your job is simple to describe and hard to do well: get customers in the door. This is not an entry-level customer service job. You will be measured on appointments set, appointments shown, and appointments sold and paid on all three.

What You'll Do

• Respond to internet leads quickly and professionally by phone, text, and email
• Make 50+ outbound contacts per day working new leads and follow-up
• Set, confirm, and track showroom appointments in our CRM
• Log every customer interaction CRM discipline is a condition of the role, not a suggestion
• Coordinate with the sales floor to ensure appointments are received and worked properly
• Follow up relentlessly on no-shows and unsold traffic

Requirements

Read Before Applying

• Minimum 1 year of sales, BDC, call center, or phone-based customer contact experience is required. Applicants without this experience will not be considered.
• Proven comfort making high-volume outbound calls daily
• Prior CRM experience (any platform) strongly preferred
• Strong written communication you will text and email customers all day
• Organized, self-directed, and competitive
• Available to work Saturdays

Structure

• $18.00/hour base you are never working for free
• Per-appointment bonuses paid at set, show, and sold
• Monthly volume bonuses on top of per-appointment pay
