Top Pick Insurance Agency is an independent insurance agency focused on helping customers with their personal insurance needs. As an independent agency, we are not limited to one insurance company. Our team has access to a variety of personal lines insurance products and carrier options, allowing us to better match each customer with coverage that fits their needs and budget. Our agents can help customers with products such as auto insurance, home insurance, renters insurance, condo insurance, umbrella insurance, and dwelling fire insurance. This flexibility allows our team to provide more personalized service, compare available options, and recommend coverage based on each customer's unique situation. Responsibilities

• Drive inside and outside sales activities by converting incoming leads and proactively generating new business through outreach, community engagement, and networking.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products such as life, health, or property coverage.
• Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients, ensuring clarity and mutual agreement while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
• Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, updating customer records, and maintaining accurate documentation within CRM systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting clients throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new customers and retain existing clients through targeted campaigns. Experience
• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to effectively convey complex insurance concepts.
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations better.
• Familiarity with sales administration tools, CRM software, and basic analysis skills for evaluating sales performance metrics.
• Knowledge of insurance products across various lines of coverage is preferred; however, training will be provided for motivated candidates eager to learn.
• Experience in telemarketing or benefits administration can be advantageous but is not mandatory.
