Zenith Management, Inc. is hiring an AT&T; Team Lead in Nashville, TN to help drive customer engagement, coordinate team efforts, and support day-to-day sales operations within the wireless and connectivity space. If you're looking to grow leadership skills while staying close to the customer and helping a motivated team hit its goals, this is a strong fit. This is an entry-level leadership position with full hands-on training, so prior leadership experience isn't required. As an AT&T; Team Lead, you'll guide customer conversations, keep the team on track toward daily targets, and pick up practical experience across sales strategy, team development, and business operations in a fast-moving industry.

What You'll Do

as an AT &T; Team Lead

• Set the standard during in-person customer interactions, walking customers through wireless products and service options with clarity and professionalism
• Help organize daily team activities, including setting goals and tracking performance
• Guide new customer enrollments from start to finish, keeping the process accurate and welcoming
• Coach teammates on communication, product knowledge, and sales approach
• Take part in AT&T; Team Lead meetings centered on strategy, growth, and skill-building
• Track customer feedback and spot ways to improve the overall experience
• Keep customer accounts and sales activity well-documented
