As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Physician Recruiter to join our Irving, TX office. This is a fast-paced, in-office sales role ideal for someone who thrives on challenge and building relationships. You'll play a key role in expanding our network of top-tier locum tenens physicians while contributing directly to our company's success. Key Attributes Needed for This Role

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified physicians through cold calling, texting, emailing and provided tools
• Promote current and upcoming job opportunities to prospective candidates
• Negotiate contract terms, schedules, and compensation details
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active working physicians
• Work closely with the business development team to ensure timely, accurate placements
• Consistently meet and exceed individual sales goals

Qualifications

& Experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Must have 1-3 years of phone sales or cold calling experience
• Prefer 13 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or business development
• Experience in healthcare staffing is preferred
