Z&I; Partners is growing throughout the Bay Area and is hiring an Entry Level Client Account Manager to join our expanding team. This is a full-time, in- person role where you'll work directly with residential customers while developing skills in management, customer service, sales, account management, and team leadership through hands-on training and ongoing mentorship.

Responsibilities

of the Entry Level Client Account Manager

• Meet directly with residential customers throughout assigned Bay Area communities
• Introduce available products, services, promotions, and account options
• Explain pricing, features, and available solutions in a clear and professional manner
• Assist customers with account enrollments, activations, upgrades, and account updates
• Support daily sales initiatives while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Assist with team development, daily operations, and performance goals as an Entry Level Client Account Manager
• Learn leadership, coaching, communication, and management skills through hands-on training
• Partner with leadership to support customer satisfaction, team performance, and business growth As an Entry Level Client Account Manager , you'll spend your day meeting with customers, explaining available products and services, supporting account enrollments, and learning how to manage daily operations and team performance. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing, in-person environment
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Interest in management, leadership, customer service, sales, account management, business development, or marketing
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, food service, sales, athletics, or other customer-facing roles is helpful but not required Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week Work Location: In person
