Overview

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales floor. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selections
• Operate POS systems efficiently for transactions, returns, and exchanges
• Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits
• Upsell products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
• Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked
• Handle stock replenishment and inventory management tasks
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly
• Perform cashiering duties including cash handling, basic math calculations, and balancing registers
• Assist with phone etiquette to answer inquiries professionally Experience
• Prior retail sales experience is preferred, especially in grocery or specialty stores
• Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures
• Experience in merchandising, stocking, and product demonstrations
• Bilingual skills are highly desirable to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base
• Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer interaction
• Demonstrated ability to upsell products and provide exceptional customer service
• Supervising experience is a plus but not required; leadership qualities are valued

Requirements

• Must have firearms knowledge
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must not be prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition under State or Federal law
