No previous pest control experience is needed; we provide paid training, daily coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed. As a Pest Control Sales Associate, you'll work directly with homeowners, introduce our pest control services, answer customer questions, and help families choose the right protection plan for their home. This is an entry- level sales position designed for people who are eager to learn, work hard, and grow into future leadership opportunities.

What You'll Do

as a Pest Control Sales Associate

• Meet face-to-face with homeowners to introduce our pest control services.
• Learn how to explain service options in a simple, friendly way to every customer.
• Ask questions to understand each customer's needs before making recommendations.
• Guide each customer through the enrollment process and complete required information accurately.
• Answer customer questions about services, pricing, promotions, and scheduling.
• Build positive relationships with every customer through professional communication.
• Participate in daily sales meetings, coaching sessions, and skill development.
• Practice proven sales techniques with guidance from experienced team members.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals while providing excellent customer service.
• Represent the company with professionalism during every customer interaction. What We're Looking For
