Overview

At Volvo Cars Danbury, we are looking for motivated, customer-focused professionals to join our growing sales team. Volvo represents innovation, safety, luxury, and sustainability, and we're seeking individuals who are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Duties

• Assist customers through every step of the vehicle purchase process
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options
• Demonstrate Volvo technology, safety features, and ownership benefits
• Maintain consistent follow-up using dealership CRM tools
• Generate business through phone, internet, referral, and showroom opportunities
• Meet and exceed individual sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Stay current on Volvo product knowledge, incentives, and industry trends
• Deliver a premium customer experience before, during, and after the sale Experience
• Automotive sales experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Technology and CRM proficiency
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
