Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in our showroom and/or in-home to discuss renovation and dcor idea.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, understanding client budgets, and offering tailored product recommendations.
• Upsell complementary products such as lighting design elements or remodeling fixtures to maximize sales opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing and deal terms confidently to close sales efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or construction sales with a focus on home renovation or dcor products.
• Demonstrated ability in negotiation, deal closing, upselling, and customer relationship building.
• Background in interior design or layout planning combined with construction experience is highly desirable
• Basic math skills for estimating costs and managing retail math calculations effectively.
