What You'll Do

As an Account Executive/Marketer, you serve as a key representative of our agency within the healthcare community. Your responsibilities include: Relationship Building & Outreach

• Meet regularly with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, social workers, senior ministries, and other healthcare professionals
• Promote awareness of our services and Medicare home health guidelines
• Conduct community education and public speaking engagements Program Development & Quality Support
• Research, design, and implement new programs to enhance service quality
• Address concerns from clients, families, and healthcare partners
• Monitor quality assurance issues and communicate updates Planning & Reporting
• Submit weekly Community Education Pre-Plans
• Provide Quarterly Action Plans and Prospect Lists
• Maintain budget awareness and obtain approval for overages
• Serve on at least two agency committees annually Team Support
• Assist with new hire orientation

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, health, or related field OR licensure as a medical professional
• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare marketing, public relations, or clinical practice
• Strong communication skills with families, patients, physicians, and healthcare facilities
• Professional, friendly demeanor
• Excellent verbal/written communication, organization, and timemanagement skills
