The Opportunity We're looking for a driven, people-first Setter Manager to build and lead an appointment-setting team in Nashville. You'll be the engine behind our closers' pipeline recruiting, training, and developing a team of up to 10 setters who book qualified appointments and represent the Avid Lights brand the right way This is a high-leverage, high-earning role for someone who loves building teams, coaching talent, and driving results.

What You'll Do

• Set appointments yourself in your local market, leading from the front and modeling what great looks like
• Recruit, interview, and hire setters who fit our culture and standards
• Train new hires from day one through ramp scripts, objection handling, mindset, and activity metrics
• Build a team of up to 10 setters, holding them accountable to daily KPIs
• Partner with closers and local leadership to keep the pipeline full and the conversion engine running
• Protect the culture hire for character, coach for skill, create an environment people don't want to leave What We're Looking For
• Proven experience setting appointments, direct sales, or leading a sales/setter team (door-to-door or home services experience a big plus)
• A natural recruiter who knows how to find good people and get them excited
• Strong coach and trainer who can break down what works and teach it
• Competitive, organized, KPI-driven
• High-integrity leader who builds people up
• Comfortable being measured on team performance, not just your own Schedule: Evenings/weekends expected given door-to-door setting hours

Compensation

• Base: $500 a week
• Plus commissions and overrides on your team's production
• OTE: $75,000$180,000/year, scaling with team size and performance Why This Is Fantastic
