Roofing Sales Representative Raptor Roofing Build a career, not just a job. Whether you have previous sales experience or are looking for a new opportunity, we'll provide the training, support, and mentorship needed to help you succeed. In this role, you'll meet directly with homeowners, inspect properties for storm-related damage, educate customers on their roofing and restoration options, and help guide them through the process from inspection to project completion. What You'll Do

• Generate leads through neighborhood canvassing, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and properties for storm-related damage.
• Educate customers on roofing systems, restoration options, and the insurance claims process when applicable.
• Schedule inspections and assist homeowners throughout the restoration process.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
• Track leads, appointments, and project progress using company CRM software.
• Negotiate and secure contracts in accordance with company guidelines.
• Represent Raptor Roofing professionally and provide exceptional customer service at every stage of the project. What We're Looking For
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Positive attitude, self motivation, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods.
• Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections after training.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, construction, roofing, or home improvement is a plus, but not required. What We Provide

Compensation

Commission Based Position with Performance Bonuses There is no cap on earnings. Your income is directly tied to your effort, consistency, and performance.
