Outside Sales Representative Location: Milpitas, CA

Compensation

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners to assess their property and pest control needs
• Recommend tailored pest and wildlife solutions
• Manage your daily schedule within an assigned territory
• Work company-provided leads and prospect new customers through door-to-door canvassing and referrals

Requirements

• Valid driver's license; must pass a background check and motor vehicle record check
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred; pest control experience not required

• Base salary: $30,000/year ($2,500/month) following training period
• Training pay: $3,000/month during training period
• On-target earnings: $65,000 $120,000+ annually based on commission performance
• Commission: Uncapped; written commission plan provided prior to start date
