Overview

The Sales Porter supports the dealership's Sales Department by managing vehicle flow, maintaining inventory presentation, and assisting with customer- facing vehicle coordination. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for sale by cleaning, fueling, and ensuring proper presentation for customer viewings and test drives
• Safely move and park vehicles within the dealership lot and designated areas, as assigned
• Assist with customer vehicle pick-up and delivery in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing vehicle inventory lot
• Support the sales team by coordinating vehicle availability for showings and test drives
• Receive and inspect incoming inventory, document visible damage, and verify vehicles meet dealership standards
• Follow all dealership safety procedures and applicable Cal/OSHA guidelines
• Perform additional job-related duties consistent with the role, as assigned by management

Requirements

Driving Assignments Only

• Valid California driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to safely operate automatic vehicles (manual transmission preferred but not required)
• Driving responsibilities are assigned based on role level and operational needs General
