Overview

We are looking for an energetic, driven Sales Associate to join our team. You'll help customers find the right vehicle while delivering an outstanding buying experience. This role is ideal for someone who is goal-oriented, enjoys working with people, and is motivated by earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and online
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features
• Respond to internet inquiries promptly and professionally
• Manage a high volume of calls, texts, emails, and videos daily
• Guide customers through the full sales process
• Use CRM and dealership technology to stay organized and follow up
• Collaborate with finance and service departments to finalize deals and prepare vehicles

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable using computers and dealership systems
• Strong follow-up and time management habits Schedule
• Dealership open Monday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Sales Associates work scheduled shifts not required to work all open hours

Compensation

• Paid training: $3,000 per month for the first two months
• Commission-based pay structure after training
• Uncapped earning potential based on performance
