The AT&T; Wireless associate keeps client trust high, adds gentle sales moments, and makes troubleshooting less like emotional turbulence.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit homes in-person to understand each client's internet routine and provide support while introducing AT&T; Fiber options that naturally open sales conversations.
• Guide every client toward the right Fiber plan by using simple questions that blend helpful support with clear sales direction.
• Finalize account entries and enrollment details with precision so each client receives smooth onboarding support that reinforces confident sales decisions.
• Break down AT&T; Fiber features in approachable terms that give the client clarity while creating space for informed sales outcomes and ongoing support.
• Spot slow or outdated setups and recommend modern improvements that help the client upgrade with ease, combining practical support with valuedriven sales guidance.
• Strengthen longterm client rapport through timely followup that delivers meaningful support and keeps future sales

Minimum Qualifications

of the AT &T; Wireless associate

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Customer-facing experience in sales, retail, or support is a plus.
• Strong communicator who keeps technical features easy to understand.
• Adapts easily to changing routes and daily client needs.
• Maintains a positive, trustworthy demeanor in all interactions. Pay: $850.00 - $1,400.00 per week Work Location: In person
