Job Summary

: We are seeking a driven , high-energy Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will guide customers through the exciting process of buying a vehicle, from initial greeting to final delivery. While preferred experience in sales is a plus, it is not required. We provide training for candidates who possess the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to succeed. Sales consultants are eligible for one Saturday off per month.

• Customer Engagement: Welcome showroom guests, build rapport, and consultatively determine their vehicle needs.
• Product Expertise: Maintain a deep knowledge of our inventory, vehicle features, and latest automotive technologies.
• Demonstration: Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle performance, safety features, and benefits.
• Negotiation: Present transparent pricing, trade-in valuations, and financing options to close deals.
• Follow-Up: Utilize our CRM system to nurture leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Delivery: Conduct a thorough vehicle walkthrough with customers upon purchase to ensure total satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn.
• Proficiency with basic computer software and CRM platforms (or a willingness to learn).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for test drives).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays. What We Offer
