Job description: We are an Insurance Agency seeking Commercial Insurance Lines Account Managers to support our service team for our Commercial Insurance Lines accounts. Our Account Manager team provides expertise in a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive the service they need.

Overview

The Commercial Insurance Lines Account Manager will play an integral role in driving our mission to deliver excellence in client service.

Responsibilities

• To effectively, accurately, and timely manage a book of Insurance business.
• To grow client loyalty by building positive relationships and excellent service.
• To handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing and new policies.
• To maintain understanding markets, appetites, underwriting guidelines, submitting procedures.
• To review all applications, policies, endorsements and audits for accuracy.
• To coordinate expiration list with department manager to obtain renewal business information.

Qualifications

• Preferred at least three years of Commercial Account Management experience.
• Property & Casualty License
• Valid driver's license and insurance
• Possess strong administrative and computing skills.
• Able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members.
• Self-motivated and self-starting.
• Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, active listening, and problem solving.
• Possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and use discretion surrounding sensitive data.
• Ability to maintain a professional and benevolent demeanor and keep a positive attitude.
