DWF is looking for a relationship-oriented Sales Representative with floral industry experience to join the Nashville team! The ideal candidate is:

• Organized, accurate and efficient.
• Experienced in account management and increasing top-line sales.
• Flexible and eager to support team operations. Candidates with floral industry experience and product knowledge are preferred and may be considered for a higher starting rate based on relevant experience and qualifications. Schedule : We start early in the floral industry! Our typical day begins between 6-7 a.m. and ends when all tasks are completed, usually around 3:30 p.m. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with workdays varying based on shifts. Weekend availability is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

:

• Develops a strong product knowledge and educates customers on fresh flower and
• hardgoods products.
• Develops new business with existing customers through phone calls, electronic
• communications and customer site visits.
• Creates and updates customer profiles including key contacts, buying trends and future opportunities.
• Partners with DWF buyers to identify market trends, promotional opportunities and new product offerings.
• Assists with warehouse responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

:

• 2 + years floral (preferred)
• Experience in Sales
