This isn't just a cashier positionour Lead Associates are trusted to operate the store independently, provide exceptional customer service, and create a welcoming shopping experience for visitors from around the world. What You'll Do

• Open and close the store independently
• Welcome and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately handle cash and credit transactions
• Maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked sales floor
• Restock merchandise and create attractive displays
• Answer customer questions and make thoughtful product recommendations
• Help ensure the store is secure and operating smoothly throughout each shift We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
• At least 18 years old
• Reliable and consistently on time
• Friendly, personable, and enjoys talking with people
• Comfortable working independently
• Detail-oriented and trustworthy
• Able to think on their feet and solve problems without constant supervision
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience
