Outside Sales Representative Construction Volunteer Foam Pros is seeking a motivated, self-driven Outside Sales Representative to help grow our insulation business throughout Middle Tennessee. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships with builders and homeowners, and helping customers find the right insulation solutions. You'll be responsible for generating new business, meeting customers on job sites, preparing estimates, and following up to close sales.

Responsibilities

: Generate new builder and homeowner accounts Meet customers on job sites and perform estimates Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners Follow up on leads and close sales Work closely with the office and installation crews to ensure a great customer experience

Qualifications

: Sales experience preferred (construction sales is a plus) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and organized Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Comfortable using a smartphone, email, and basic computer software
